OMAZ had a recent tour in Egypt for meeting some important friends and customers. We started with Mr Maher Nessim, our Egypt Country Manager, visiting his company near Orabi. Mr Nessim farm, of 4 hectares, with 150.000 laying hens. He kindly came with us.
First of all we went in
Bilbis, town 20 km far from
Cairo. We visited
Al Mawa for Food Security society, of 10 hectares, which produces also mango and where we have finished to build a system for 50.000 laying hens. It’s a great opportunity for us, because we open a new market of small and medium systems, which represent 50% of Egyptian one. We had the pleasure to meet Mr
Mohsen Shalaby, owner of the company, and his son, Mr
Ahmed Mohsen Shalaby.
We had a dinner with Mr eng
El Banna, one of most important layer hens farmer in Middle Est (he has 5 millions hens). Mr
El Banna choose only
OMAZ and ordered 4 new systems and new
SPACE I model.
OMAZ has a prestigious partnership with him, thanks to our previous collaboration.
Then we visited Mirs for Poultry, where we have built batteries for broilers in 16 hangers. As always, Mr Lhaled Hamza, the owner, and Mr Eng Sillem, the general director, received us kindly.
Then we visited El Baraka Farms of our dear friend Rashad Hamza Ahmed. He has always preferred OMAZ and he has 1.200.000 laying hens. Another great possibility to hug our old and new friends.
We also had a symbolic inauguration of the spaces dedicated to
OMAZ inside of Maher Nessim’s offices. An elegant and comfortable location, which gives a pleasant image of
OMAZ in Egypt.
